Kennon M. Sheldon

Kennon M. Sheldon (Ph.D., University of California–Davies) is an assistant professor of social-personality psychology at the University of Missouri–Columbia, who studies goals, motivation, and psychological well-being. His work has appeared in forums such as the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology and American Psychologist. He also recently published an edited book titled Life Goals and Well-being: Towards a Positive Psychology of Human Thriving (2001, Hogrefe).
