John A. Schibrowsky

John (Jack) A. Schibrowsky is an associate professor in the department of marketing at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He is a frequent speaker, writer, and consultant in the areas of pricing, customer relationship marketing, database marketing, customer-centered companies, health care marketing, customer satisfaction and loyalty, and experiential products. He is the author of over 30 major marketing publications with topics ranging from harnessing the power of databases to analyzing complaints to building alumni relations. He has published articles in the Journal of Interactive Marketing, the Journal of Services Marketing, the Journal of Consumer Marketing, the Journal of Direct Marketing, Marketing Intelligence and Planning, Health Marketing Services, and the Journal of Personal Selling and Sales Management, among others.
