Weijiong Zhang is an associate professor of management and the associate dean at China Europe International Business School (CEIBS). He is also the Director of the Research Center for Chinese Private Enterprise at CEIBS. He received his Ph.D. from the Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration at the University of British Columbia in Canada. His main research interests are in Chinese private enterprises, competitive strategy of the auto industry, and corporate governance. He has been conducting research on China business for over 15 years and has published a number of papers in academic journals.
