Jean Boddewyn is Professor of International Business and Co-ordinator of the International Business Program at Baruch College, City University of New York. He previously held teaching posts at the University of Portland, New York University and Columbia University. His teaching centres on international business strategy, management and marketing; and in research on comparative marketing and management, and international business-government relations, including advertising legislation and self-regulation. He is Editor of International Studies of Management and Organisation and serves on the review boards of eight other journals. He is President of the Academy of International Business for 1993-1994.
