Edna B Johnson

 

Edna B Johnson is an assistant professor of marketing at the School of Business and Economics at North Carolina A&T State University. She has previously worked in marketing for the Ford Motor Company. She is actively involved in the American Marketing Association where she was appointed in 1994 to serve a three-year term on the seven-member Collegiate Activities Council. This council works to develop programmes and activities for approximately 300 collegiate chapters and 13,000 student members. She is an active member of three community boards. She received a BS in business management from Hampton University and an MS in business from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Her PhD in marketing is from the Florida State University. Her research interests include promotional strategy and consumer behviour. Her research has been published in various conference proceedings and in several journals.
