Kevin Warren is a research assistant at City Polytechnic, London. In 1990 he graduated from City University Business School with an Honours degree in Business Studies. From 1988-9 he worked in the Marketing Department of Ford Credit plc. His research is concerned with the effects of deregulation on professional services, with special reference to advertising and marketing.
