Christina Fulop is a Deputy Director of the NatWest Centre for Franchise Research at City University Business School, and was formerly Director of the Centre for Research and Training in Retail Distribution at City Poly. She has undertaken extensive research and consultancy into retailing and franchising, and is the author of several books, research monographs and articles on public policy and marketing issues in retailing and franchising.
