Professor Doctor Reinhold Bergler is director of the Institute of Psychology at the University of Bonn. Previously he was a professor at the University of Heidelberg, and founded an institute for empirical social research in Nuremberg in 1960. His main research interests include mass communication and prejudice research, organisational and management psychology, consumer psychology, health psychology and the psychology of the relationship between humans and pets.
