Dr Alan Miciak is an associate professor in the faculty of management at the University of Calgary in Canada. He holds a PhD in marketing from the Graduate School of Business at Kent State University. As a teacher, author and consultant, his interests include marketing management, marketing communications strategy, and customer satisfaction measurement.
