Jerome 'Jerry' G. Kliatchko is a Doctor of Public Communication from the University of Navarre in Pamplona, Spain. Dr. Kliatchko is the executive director of the Institute of Communication of the University of Asia and the Pacific (UA&P) based in Manila, Philippines. He is also the programme director of the Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) graduate program at UA&P. His book Understanding Integrated Marketing Communications was published in the Philippines in 2002. He writes a column on IMC in a local business publication in Manila.
