Scott Bailey

Scott Bailey is the Chief Strategy Officer for Targetbase. He was instrumental in the formation of the firm's Customer-Brand ValueSM (C-BVSM) approach to relationship marketing and management. Joining The M/A/R/C Group in 1982, Scott has served in a variety of roles, including President of M/A/R/C® Research, where he was responsible for the development and launch of the firm's Assessor®- based series of analytical frameworks. Scott's primary areas of expertise are customer segmentation and strategy, as well as experimental design and modelling. His categoryexperience is extremely diverse, ranging from packaged goods to personal computers. Scott has developed solutions for Frito-Lay, Hershey, IBM, Southwest Airlines, MCI and American Honda Motor, among others.
