Bruce
A. Huhmann (PhD University of Alabama, 1999) is an assistant professor

marketing at

University
. Previously, he served as assistant
professor
of marketing and PhD advisor at the
University
of
Manitoba
. His
primary
stream of research focuses on verbal and visual appeals in advertising. He
has
also co-authored a study on information used in consumer choice of
healthcare
providers.
He has published articles in the Journal of Consumer Research,
the Journal of
Advertising, the Journal of Health Care Marketing,
Visual Communication Quarterly, the
Asia Pacific Journal of Management and other journals and conference proceedings.
