Jean-Paul
Berthon is currently a professor of marketing at Richmond The American
International University in London. Previously he was British Telecom
E-Marketing Research Scholar at the University of Wales Cardiff. He has taught
e-marketing in Finland, Norway, Zimbabwe and South Africa, and has done
marketing consultancy for a number of leading UK companies including British
Telecom, RS Components and British Airways. Jean-Paul’s research focuses on
electronic commerce, organisation and strategy, and international marketing. His
work has appeared in journals such as the Journal
