Pierre
Berthon is currently a professor of marketing at Bentley College. He has
held academic positions at Columbia University in the US, Henley
Management College, Cardiff University and University of Bath in the
UK. Pierre’s research focuses on electronic commerce, marketing information
processing, organisation and strategy, and management decision-making. His work
