Jørgen Kai
Olsen is Senior Associate Professor at the Copenhagen Business School,
Marketing Department. His research areas include quantitative studies of
retailing, marketing models and marketing research. His is member of the Forum
for Advertising Research at the Marketing Department, where his interest is
concentrated on advertising effectiveness, media planning, and quantitative
advertising response models. Special areas of research include: forecasting,
media planning, advertising response, customer loyalty, and purchase behaviour
