Bob Eagle

Following an MA in Natural Sciences (Biochemistry for Part II) at Cambridge and Diploma in Biochemical Engineering at University College London, Bob Eagle worked for 30 years in the food industry, initially in the field of research and development, mostly chocolate confectionery. He specialised in technical aspects of legislation such as permitted ingredients and labelling. After gaining experience within a corporate environment, Bob set up the present consultancy business about seven years ago. The consultancy provides services to companies seeking to preserve business freedoms while operating responsibly.
