Corinne Fabre is a graduate of the Paris Institute of Political Sciences and the National School of Administration. She first entered government service, dealing with cultural and communication issues. After work with Radio France she joined the Haute Authorité de la Communication Audiovisuel in 1981, becoming secretary general in 1982. After working on studies into the FR3 TV channel, in 1987 she became managing director of the Centre d'Etude des Supports de Publicité (CESP), the French advertising joint industry body, and is presently its vice-president.
