Tony Cowling is the chief executive and managing director of Taylor Nelson AGB plc. Having been a founding member of Taylor Nelson in 1965, he has been involved in building most of the company's specialist divisions and syndicated panel services over the last 25 years. He is past chairman of AMSO and the industry representative on the Home Office data protection tribunal.
