Heide Milde

			Heide Milde is a graduate of Phillips University, Marburg, with a degree in economics. After having been manager of management, information and special analysis in the headquarters of a major department store company her later main responsibility was the development of a general revenue and profit planning system. She joined AC Nielsen in 1981 as Project Manager of the Nielsen data base system 'infact', which allows clients and client service executives on-line access to Nielsen data. Since 1985 she has been Research & Development Manager for point-of-sales systems, and responsible for the implementation of scanning data in Nielsen services. Her membership of the international Nielsen task force for advanced technology has given her very detailed experience with 'state of the art' technology.
