MT Rainey was a founder and managing partner of Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe, which she built from scratch in 1993 to a top–20 advertising agency in six years. MT (Mary Teresa) is now co–chief executive of Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe/Y&R, the sixth biggest agency in the UK and part of the WPP Group. A planner by training, MT was one of the pioneers of the discipline in the US while at Chiat/Day in the 1980s.
