Bruce F. Hall is Partner and Research Director at Howard, Merrell, and Partners, a division of Interpublic. He received his Ph.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, was an assistant professor at Cornell University, and held a variety of positions with Quaker Oats and Amoco before joining HM&P.
