Byron Sharp is Director of the Marketing Research Centre. He has published over 80 refereed scientific papers and is editor of the Journal of Empirical Generalisations in Marketing Science. Byron regularly spends time working for Australian and New Zealand companies on research projects to assess the impact of their marketing interventions. Typically, such research is part of a broader project to enhance the companies' marketing effectiveness and provide justification for their marketing investments.
