Jenni is a Senior Research Associate with the Marketing Science Centre, a research centre attached to the University of South Australia. Jenni's broad area of research is the development of knowledge in brand image data collection and analysis techniques. She has just completed a doctorate on the relationship between image responses and future switching behaviour in subscription–type markets. She regularly advises and conducts research on brand image for corporations through Australasia.
