Dr Catherine Marsh is a lecturer in quantitative methods in the Faculty of Economic and Social Studies at the University of Manchester. Before that, she taught for fourteen years at the University of Cambridge. Her books include The survey method (Allen & Unwin 1982) and Exploring data (Polity Press 1988).
