Merry has spent life in both camps, initially as a researcher then as a planner. Her career includes stints at blue-chip firms like BRMB, Saatchi, Chiat/Day and JWT. Last autumn, Merry launched her own planning consultancy, Baskin Shark. Industry credits include APG chair 1998-99 and WACL Executive Committee 1997-2001.
