David N. McArthur has a Ph.D. in international business and strategic management from the Utersity of South Carolina. He is presently a visiting assistant professor of international business at Loyola University New Orleans. He has published in the Journal of Business Research, International Journal of Advertising, International Marketing Review, and R&D Management. A graduate of the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy with an M.B.A. and M.A. from Brigham Young University, he previously served as divisional marketing manager for a division of Banner Industries and as engineering officer on several U.S. merchant ships.
