Michael Pratt

Michael D. Pratt is professor of economics and Director of the Virginia Center for Urban Development at Virginia Commonwealth University. He received his Ph.D. in economics from the University of Kansas. His main research interests are in transportation, economic development, and public policy issues. His research has appeared in the Rand Journal of Economics, the Journal of Consumer Policy, the Journal of Services Marketing, and other journals.
