Herbert E. Krugman

In the 1970s Herbert E. Krugman was manager of corporate public opinion research at the General Electric Company, which he joined in 1967. Dr. Krugman received his B.S.S. from CCNY and his Ph.D. from Columbia University. He was a member of the editorial board of Public Opinion Quarterly. He was a trustee of the Marketing Science Institute in Cambridge, president of the Market Research Council of New York, a member of the board of directors of the Advertising Research Foundation, and chairman of the Research Policy Committee of the Association of National Advertisers.
