Klaus Backhaus is
professor of marketing and head of the Department of Business-to-Business
Marketing at the Westfaelische Wilhelms-University of Muenster, Germany and
Honorary Professor of Technology Management at the Technical University of
Berlin, Germany. He received his Ph.D. in business administration from the
University of Bochum, Germany. His main research interests are in international
marketing, business-to-business marketing, and marketing research. His research
has appeared in Industrial Marketing Management, the Journal of
Business Research, the Journal of Business-to-Business
Marketing, and many other journals.
