Karin Newman

Karin Newman is Professor of Services Marketing at Middlesex University Business School. A graduate of the London School of Economics, she is the author of Financial Marketing and Communications, The Selling of British Telecom and editor of a special report on the impact of tobacco advertising for the International Journal of Advertising and the Financial Pocket Book. She has written numerous articles on advertising, service quality in banking and healthcare, and is currently researching the area of confusion marketing.
