Juan is Vice-President of Strategy and Innovation at DDB Latina, the DDB Worldwide division that brings together Latin America, Spain and the US Hispanic market. He is also the President of DDB Mexico. Juan has worked in global and regional projects for clients such as Volkswagen, McDonald’s, Telefónica, BBVA, Bridgestone, Mars and Clorox. The team that he leads in Mexico was the first in Latin America to win a Grand Prix at Cannes Lions for Creative use of Data.

Alexis is the Havas Village lead for the Keurig Dr Pepper account, overseeing the integration and implementation of campaigns across media, creative, PR and social. He also oversees the strategy department at Havas NY and leads a team of 16 multidisciplinary strategists. Previously, Alexis was the global strategy director on Mastercard at McCann where he translated the “Priceless” brand platform beyond TV for social and digital activation, developed and implemented a global brand architecture that ensured consistent branding around the world.

Nancy is Creative Director, Head of Brand Voice at Lyft, where she’s a fierce champion of short sentences, ruthless editing, and the Oxford comma. She joined Lyft’s in-house creative team after a 14-year run at ad agencies including Publicis Seattle, FCB West, Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, and JWT NY. Over the years, she’s won a number of awards but her absolute favorite is for work on behalf of Thorn and their fight against the sexual exploitation of children.

Raised in New York City and now proudly Torontonian, Wahn’s career spans 20 years as a strategist and innovator in multiple sectors. Wahn’s early training in strategy was at JWT New York and Toronto, where his first accounts included Kellogg’s, Shell, Nestlé, Magna International and SickKids. Wahn went on to become senior director and strategist at JWT before becoming president of creative agency Bleublancrouge Toronto, one of the founders of the Humanise Collective and co-founder of L’Institut Idée.
