He has designed a global ROI measurement programme for key markets and categories, as well as strategic beauty engagement touchpoints. Prior to the global role, Vasileios ran Marketing Effectiveness for L’Oréal UK for four years and has also worked for Mediacom, Millward Brown Optimor and Ninah Consulting (Zenith Optimedia).

Tomas is also a four-time EuroEffie judge and a two-time Global Effie judge.

In October 2021, Angel returned to Ogilvy as the Chief Growth Officer for Ogilvy China.

Olly is responsible for the entirety of the strategic output of the Havas Creative Group across Host/Havas, One Green Bean, and Red Havas. The strategic work he has driven in that time has been awarded at all major national and international levels including the Account Planning Group Grand Prix and Cannes Creative Strategy.
