In her role at Salesforce, Wendy leads marketing across the region, helping businesses grow and connect with their customers, partners and employees. Prior to joining, Wendy led Intuit’s Global Expansion portfolio of 185 markets and was accountable for leading the growth, brand and marketing efforts for expansion into new global markets across multiple regions.

Vasileios has been Global Director for Marketing ROI and Media for L’Oréal’s Consumer Product Division since September 2017 and is based in their head office in Paris, France. He has designed a global ROI measurement programme for key markets and categories, as well as strategic beauty engagement touchpoints. Prior to the global role, Vasileios ran Marketing Effectiveness for L’Oréal UK for four years and has also worked for Mediacom, Millward Brown Optimor and Ninah Consulting (Zenith Optimedia).

Jennifer “JJ” Healan has spent her career building some of the world’s most iconic brands, creating a place for them in culture through industry-leading work. Under Jennifer’s creative leadership, McDonald’s was named #2 on AdAge’s Marketer A-List in 2020 and 2022, and in 2021, made Fast Company’s Brands that Matter list. She worked at The Coca-Cola Company for 15 years, both in North American and Global roles, where she led all advertising, content and creative excellence for the legacy brand.

Simon is the Global Head of Media at Haleon. Prior to joining Haleon, Simon was the Global Head of Media at adidas for a number of years. Before that, he headed media for 20th Century Fox in EMEA. He has also worked at Mediacom, Mindshare and PHD.

Ross is the Head of Media and Touchpoints at Asahi Europe & International. Over two decades he has worked in media & digital roles at Diageo and Heineken, at agencies OMD and MediaCom, formed and exited a digital agency start-up, and has served as non-executive director and board advisor to media and digital companies in the US, the UK and Africa. Ross is a huge supporter and driver of LGBT inclusiveness in communication and in the teams that build it.

Chiro has been with Unilever for the last 11 years working across various roles and geographies. He is currently the Global VP for media and digital for Personal Care working on an iconic portfolio of brands like Dove, Rexona, Lifebuoy, Lux, Closeup and Pepsodent and also leads the integrated media strategy at Unilever. Before Unilever he worked with a leading marketing communication group across key clients and key geographies in various leadership roles. He is also currently a member of the Asia advisory board at the World Federation of Advertisers.
