He has a commercial responsibility spanning brand management and innovation development and oversees the consumer insights, media and activation related activities for the company, covering multiple Asian markets. Before joining Kraft Heinz, Dhiren worked at Unilever as a Global Brand Manager and as Head of Planning for McCann Mumbai.

Rob has worked in marketing for more than 25 years, specifically within brand management, innovation, research, academia and brand consulting. He began consulting at Interbrand and FutureBrand, working in both the UK and Asia, and as Interbrand Singapore’s Strategy Director, was responsible for developing equity development plans for emerging brands from across the region.
General Manager, Brand, Insights and Communications, Cathay Pacific
Edward is responsible for the development of brand strategy, consumer insights, loyalty marketing and marketing communications for the Cathay Pacific group globally. He has spent the majority of his career in marketing strategy and later as a CEO for marketing and communication consultancies across Asia and Greater China, working for a diverse set of brands and businesses.

Nicky is Chairwoman of MRM Europe, as well as Chief Creative Officer of MRM UK. Creatively recognized across nearly all the major shows, Nicky thinks she’s probably worked across every media and sector – but direct and digital are where her heart lies. She is a fierce champion of the customer and believes insight is all.

In 2019 Cheryl joined eve sleep, the European sleep wellness brand first as CMO, and then latterly as CEO. Prior to that she was at the AA, initially as head of Group Marketing in 2015 before becoming Marketing Director in 2017. Her early career was in FMCG, where she coaxed, corralled and challenged a range of brands at Unilever.
Prior to his appointment as President, he served as Group CEO of TBWA\South Africa, a multi-disciplinary group of agencies spanning the specialist to integrated spectrum, and CEO of TBWA\Hunt\Lascaris Durban & Cape Town (where he previously acted as MD). In May 2019, Donovan was promoted to his current role, responsible for further advancing TBWA’s position across the Asia region.

Gregor started his career as an Account Manager at digital and direct agency Claydon Heeley in 2006. Gregor joined BBH at the end of 2015. He is now Joint CSO and leads strategy on Tesco, Barclays and Ladbrokes Coral. His work on The Tesco turnaround story has won both an IPA Effectiveness Gold and the converted Grand Prix.

Nicole is responsible for data strategy, precision activation, marketing optimization, and technology solutions for how Molson Coors brands connect with consumers. Before Molson Coors, Nicole was the Head of Media for Hawkeye Agency and Global Media Director at McDonald’s, overseeing global partnerships, strategy, and agency relationships. In 2014, she forecasted the role of data and analytics in transforming marketing and joined Civis Analytics.

Half Korean, half Austrian, and a strategist turned CEO. Andreas’s work has been recognised at local and international awards including Cannes Lions, Effies, and the AMEs. He was listed among Campaign Asia’s 40 under 40, and been awarded Planner of the Year twice.

He also leads Liquid Sunshine, KDP’s in-house, full-service marketing communications agency. Previously, Moran has been CCO or ECD at The Wonderful Company, BBDO, Y&R, Havas and FCB. He was Chief Innovation Officer at Grey

His work has made regional brands like Emirates NBD, Daman and SmartLife globally renowned and global brands like Coca-Cola, MasterCard, HSBC, Nestle and L’Oreal regionally relatable.

Vic has over 10 years experience in CRM and Loyalty strategy and operational delivery. In her time at Sainsbury's she scaled up their CRM efforts, creating significant revenue benefit. For the past year and a half, she's led the CRM team at Three taking the team through a transformation of its people and martech capability.

Katie Rigg-Smith has been CEO of Mindshare since 2013, and has been with the agency for 20 years. After starting at the agency as an intern, she quickly rose through the ranks and became known as one of the brightest strategist minds in Australia. Prior to being named CEO, Katie was Mindshare’s National Chief Strategy Officer.

Bernice is a Brand and Marketing professional with two decades of experience working with the intricacies of brand development and go to market strategy. She has helped companies achieve brand leadership, customer advocacy and commercial returns. In her current role, Bernice oversees the marketing activities across the MTN operating footprint of twenty markets in Africa and the Middle East.

She has led strategy for brands like Subaru, Seventh Generation, Burger King, Popsicle, Xbox, Target and Amex, while holding leadership positions at Carmichael Lynch, Space150, McCann’s Campbell Mithun and Griffin Archer.

Ayesha was a graduate trainee at AMV BBDO before becoming regional Head of Planning for BBDO APAC. She lived for 12 years in Asia, in roles at BBH and JWT before returning to London as a Global Planning Director at Saatchi & Saatchi. She joined MullenLowe in 2015 to lead global strategy on Unilever, becoming CSO in 2020.
Neil has built a reputation as one of the most renowned thought leaders in the social space, and a champion of influencer marketing. He co-founded Gold Cannes Lions winning influencer agency Whalar after his success co-founding Shore Projects, a direct to consumer watch brand that was the top selling fashion/apparel brand on Shopify in 2015.
