Chiro has been with Unilever for the last 11 years working across various roles and geographies. He is currently the Global VP for media and digital for Personal Care, working on an iconic portfolio of brands like Dove, Rexona, Lifebuoy, Lux, Closeup and Pepsodent and also leads the integrated media strategy at Unilever. Before Unilever he worked with a leading marketing communication group across key clients and key geographies in various leadership roles. He is also currently a member of the Asia advisory board at the World Federation of Advertisers.

Clément is the Global Chief Strategy Officer of BETC Group. He has always been passionate about the power of brands and communication. He began his career at BETC where he has been working the last 12 years, except for a short but fruitful experience on the advertiser side at CHANEL. At BETC, Clément has spearheaded the repositioning of the Lacoste brand around the multi-awarded strategic and creative platform “Life is a beautiful sport”.

Daniel is obsessed with finding creative solutions to business problems – creativity and strategy is one process. Forsman & Bodenfors has been among the top creative agencies in the world for more than a decade and Daniel has helped score multiple awards for the agency.

Over the last two decades Rohit has held leadership roles with WPP agencies. In his current role at Liwa he’s helping brands harness the power of interactive and video-marketing. Rohit has earned several industry recognitions and is also an avid writer of opinion pieces, whitepapers and creative reviews published by WARC, Campaign Middle East, Campaign Asia, Luxury Daily and Brandchannel.

Emily has over twenty years of industry experience, spanning a range of industries and clients including FMCG, insurance, entertainment and government. She has worked in both communications planning and strategy roles and now leads the strategy for the UK Government at Wavemaker and for Danone. Emily founded Women@Wavemaker, an entity which operates to empower and support women in their quest to become leaders within the industry, and also founded and leads the Inclusive Planning initiative at Wavemaker: Wavemaker Together

Cristina is the Board Director at Walnut Unlimited. Prior to this she was Global Head of Neuroscience at TNS, where she was responsible for pioneering the application of neuroscientific insights and methods into traditional research. She has over eleven years’ experience in advertising agencies, including the position of Strategic Planner at McCann Erickson. Cristina is a regular speaker at industry conferences and in 2021 she was a jury member for the Cannes Lions Creative Effectiveness awards.

He has over 15 years of experience building an award-winning agency, driving a creative culture and providing strategic consultancy to A-list companies. Currently as CEO of Dentsu Creative Amsterdam, Boris helps brands and businesses transform through the power of modern creativity: brand strategy and identity design, innovation, digital experience design, integrated campaigns and social media.

As SVP Executive Strategy Director, Yael helps leading retail, tech and lifestyle brands find and capture their white space while building bridges between culture and technology. She is an expert in innovation marketing, social media strategy and digital strategy. In her role, Yael oversees a multidisciplinary team of subject matter experts, including marketing sciences, brand strategists, connection planning and experience design. She was AdAge’s 2022 Strategy Person of the year, and has won Cannes Lions Grand Prix, among other accolades and industry awards.

A business lead with more than 20 years’ experience in marketing and advertising, Raphaella began her career inside global ad agencies coordinating global and local brands. In 2019, she was honored by YouPix, a business consultancy for creator economy, as one of 15 people in Brazil who have made significant contributions to the content and influence market. She was then selected as one of the Game Changers 2022 – an esteemed group of leaders who challenged the market to a positive transformation within the industry.

Emma is a future facing CCO and one of the most experienced female creative leaders in the industry. Her natural curiosity has resulted in a diverse and continuously evolving portfolio of skills across brand, customer, experiential and digital. This enables her to see problems from many different angles and make connections that others don’t. Bringing things together is Emma’s specialism as a creative leader, from bringing together different media and creative agencies to run blue chip accounts, to bringing together people with diverse skillsets to form highly effective collaborative teams.

Lish has lived and worked in Asia, the US, and the UK, building some of the most iconic brands both agency- and client-side. Her agency-side experience includes Tech and CPG in both regional and global roles. After spending a significant part of her career agency-side, she moved to the client-side and joined Etsy to lead brand marketing. Currently, she leads the Vrbo and Hotels.com brands globally. Lish is an Effie award winner and aims to create work at the intersection of effectiveness and creativity.

Tom is the EVP of global strategy at FCB and combines creativity, intellect, and cultural curiosity to drive results. Former MTV’s marketing manager, Tom entered the industry after winning a copywriting contest and spent five years at boutique agency Duval Guillaume in Brussels and New York as a planner and strategy director. He was head of strategy and managing partner at Publicis Brussels before joining FCB. Tom is the driving force behind the network's strategic methodology and the author of Brand Bedrock, its proprietary process to build brands with purpose.
