The first industry outsider and woman of colour to assume the position, she has demonstrated her ability to advance through ambiguity, while delivering both ROI and ROR (return on responsibility). Ann joined Pernod Ricard from S.C. Johnson and Company, where she broke ground as their first-ever Global Chief Marketing Officer and, later, Global Chief Commercial Officer.

She has managed more than $200m of insights procurement and multimillion-dollar ad budgets over her 20-year career. Her background working and consulting for major global broadcasters and digital companies worldwide has primed her for this next chapter with Roku.

Under his leadership, McCann India has become the number-one agency office in the world in the 2019 WARC Rankings. He has 20 years’ experience in partnering some of the biggest global brands across many agencies including JWT, Grey and FCB.

Tanja is a global marketer, passionate about building brands with a purpose that are worthy of being invited into culture. She believes in brand bravery, championing change and creative effectiveness. In her role as Global Marketing & Comms Director at Essity (with brands like Bodyform) she redefined the global brand positioning, purpose and brand identity, disrupting the Feminine Care category with taboo-breaking campaigns #bloodnormal, Viva La Vulva, #wombstories and #painstories.

Innocean UK is the lead Creative agency for Hyundai UK and Kia UK, and the Media agency of TaylorMade Golf Europe.

Maria is a seasoned marketing professional with experience across retail, FMCG and now Telco. She started her career at P&G working across local, regional and global brands in the beauty and grooming sector, responsible for driving some of its brands to number one in key markets. Now UK Brand Director at Vodafone, she’s responsible for the definition and creation of the brand experience and is on a mission to build a more modern and meaningful brand.

Andy co-founded salt, one of the first UK companies to be accredited as a B-Corporation, and has advised businesses for the last 20 years on how they can improve performance by addressing social issues. Andy led the launch of salt Singapore in 2012 and its acquisition by MullenLowe in 2017. A second edition of his book – ‘Business on a Mission: How to Build a Sustainable Brand’ – will be published in 2021.

She won 70 international awards, including some of the most prestigious, such as the Cannes Lions Creative Effectiveness Grand Prix.
