The number of people receiving physical and manual therapy for neck-related diseases is steadily increasing. Increasingly, brands are being launched in Korea to help manage neck health. Although Chiro Care is priced relatively high at over 150,000 won, the products are 100% patented and developed by actual physical therapists.

However, the medical and exercise equipment market is a market in which many small and medium-sized enterprises are competing. As Chiro Care is still a relatively small player in this field, it was more important to drive immediate purchase than to promote awareness of the brand.
