Judie Lannon: It seems to me the term 'department store' or 'departmental store' is totally inappropriate for the vision you have of Selfridges. How would you describe it?

Vittorio Radice:I think it's very difficult to come up with a new word, although we've tried for a long time. The idea is that we are a place.
