Since 2003, WARC has carried out a small-scale annual survey of advertising production expenditure with the cooperation of the Incorporated Society of British Advertisers (ISBA), in which a selection of ISBA members are asked to provide annual media and production expenditure figures, by medium, for one of their three most heavily advertised brands.
