One-half (48%) of consumers in Brazil expect to shop online more frequently after the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, according to the latest data from GlobalWebIndex. This is the highest response across seven online behaviours. Two-thirds of consumers in Brazil say free delivery will be to them in the future.
