Growth in Facebook advertising revenue and user activity has slowed in the second quarter of 2020 as a result of the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, according to the latest company reports.
Advertising revenue rose 10.2% to $18.3bn in Q2 2020, the lowest rate of growth ever recorded. This continues a long-term slowdown in advertising investment growth since 2016.
