For the past few years, 5TC has invested heavily in the creation and optimization of all its touch points with the customer, by expanding in number, reach and use of technology in the channels that customers can use around the clock to address their needs.
Starting from offering an interactive messaging service, phone application, Self Service machines and online stores, delivery services and finally providing a 24 hour service areas in select stores with a new offering of (MYSTC box), a digital storage facility for customers to be able to pick up their devices at anytime.
In order to shed more light on all the available channels and increase awareness especially in a population where 70% percent are below the age of 30 the focus had to be towards digital channels for our tech savvy youngsters.
From that stand point, we have launched one of our biggest integrated campaigns (STC Digital Day), on the 19th of December 2018, in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia covering 118 cities. Utilizing all communication channels; Outdoor, TV, Radio, Digital, social media, SMS, influencers, print & on ground activation. The use of several channels was aimed to reach our huge customer base and to maximize the effects of the campaign as it was only for one day.
