The campaign was launched on November 2018 in Greece.
The majority of Greek consumers believe that Black Friday (started in Greece in 2016) is an important opportunity to purchase their favourite products at low prices. However often the products on offer are not the most desired items for the consumers. Taking this fact into consideration, Public stores decided to launch a campaign and call consumers to participate and let them decide the Black Friday offers of Public stores! Thus Public stores managed to meet peoples’ needs and offer them a special experience that would make them feel impatient for Public's Black Friday!
The tool we used was a dedicated landing page on our site (public.gr/BF). Entering the platform, the consumer could choose his favourite product categories, provide his data and submit his preferences, shaping the final offers.
