Executive summary

Problem: In the United Arab Emirates (UAE), 96% of people diagnosed with hearing impairments were not aware of the symptoms and warning signs. hearLIFE Clinic, an established medical clinic, wanted to educate people about hearing loss. However, with awareness being low, persuading people to visit the clinic and take a hearing test was going to be difficult.

Approach: We created three special hearing tests and placed them on the ONLY audio channel that everyone has access to: radio. We turned every car, home and office with a radio into a hearing clinic.
