We are living in a busy time, where efficiency is vital. With the latest technology, people want things immediately, without having to wait. The primary objective of this campaign was to create awareness of the new Courier Online app (owned by Intertown Transport) by fulfilling people's need to have things at their fingertips.

Our client's brief was clear: educate our target market about the Courier Online app and drive them to use it.

This case study shows how, using a disruptive online and radio content strategy to speak to the target market in their own colloquial language, we were able to inform them about the app, educate them on using the app, and engage them during the process – to create a halo effect with other users and generations, while working with an extremely low budget.
