Executive summary

Nescafé's largest segment in the region was having a packaging makeover. The 3in1 mix

was updating its package, making it fresher and in touch with the times. However, packaging

changes in the mixes segment is often associated with a change in recipe, and we didn't want our loyal Nescafé fans to have to worry.
