While in Italy the A-SUV segment is becoming mature and crowded, potential remains in terms of volume (forecast closure at the end of 2006 is 68,000 units, the potential closure of 2008 (with all competitors now present in the market) is 95,000 units). The A-SUV segment will become very strategic in Italy due to the trend factor exerted by the SUV segment.
