WHAT IS WONDERFULABOUT THIS WORK? • Using only social media and email, we launched an eCRM programme about the mating game, enticing consumers to the Lynx Lounge. We scored 18,000 new Facebook fans and 1500+ conservations, with 65,000 votes for the lynx Mynx.'
