Introduction

In Argentina, small and medium-sized companies are the productive heart of the country: there are more than 850,000 SMEs that account for 44% of the GDP and generate 70% of private employment. 

Unilever Argentina has been operating in the country for 95 years and today more than 2,000 SMEs are part of its value chain and work as allies when it comes to supplying inputs, producing locally to supply the domestic market and strengthening exports.
