The Royal Australian Mint: Donation Dollar

The Royal Australian Mint, a producer of all Australian coins, created Donation Dollars, a coin that can be donated to support charities when the public were struggling to give.

Challenge:

Between bushfires, global pandemics and an emerging recession, we could see a tension rising in Australia. We suspected that now more than ever, Australians were dependant on the support and generosity of others. But it also felt like now more than ever, most Australians weren't in a position to be as generous as they normally are.

Desk research quickly confirmed some significant things for us:
