PREFACE
The use of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) in research has been spoken about many times over the past 20 years or so, but never has it really been much examined as a really practical tool for decoding marketing problems and respondents' responses to questions. Rather it has been spoken about simplistically in terms of “creating rapport” and some basics of non-verbal communication.
